Cover inside of the pan with a parchment paper.

Have your ingredients at room temperature.

Preheat the oven to 160℃ for 15 min.

Whip up eggs and sugar and vanilla for 5 min with high speed, next add oil and milk and just mix them. Then turn off the device.

After mixing wheat flour, baking powder, and cocoa powder, sift them for 2 or 3 times. Sifting lets air go through the flour mixture. It makes your cake softer.

Now mix everything using a wooden spoon. Try to move your hand in one direction, if clockwise, maintain.

Pour the mixture into your baking tin

Bake for 30 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean.

Cool the pan for 15 minutes. Then remove the cake and cool it completely.

You can now design with chocolate, frosting, etc.
