Ingredients

  • 8potatoes
  • 1/2black pepper
  • 2seasoning cube
  • 1egg
  • 1 cupbreadcrumbs
  • Salt to teste
  • Veg.oil for frying

Steps

  1. 1

    Wash potatoes and cook,peel the potatoes and mash

  2. 2

    Add salt,seasoning,black pepper and mix well roll them using hand

  3. 3

    Break in egg,deep each croquettes and roll in breadcrumbs

  4. 4

    Heat veg.oil and deep fry until brown serve with ketchup
