Steps

Rinse,Peel and grate the Louki (bottle gourd). Take 2 cups water then boil the grated louki in a vessel until it turns soft. Turn off the heat, drain the excess water with the help of stainer and let the louki cool.

Place a frying pan add oil 1 tsp over medium heat and roast the cumin,kalongi seeds and Curry leaves in it for 1/2 minute then add grated boiled louki turn off heat then add curd.

Add cumin powder, salt and red chilli powder to the curd and mix all the ingredients well.

Garnish with coriander leaves. Red chilli powder and cumin powder Refrigerate it for 30 minutes and serve chilled!
