Steps

Boil your rice till well done using 1:2ratio of water and set a side

Boil water with salt add in your peas and cook uncovered for about ten minutes, or till soft drain the Water and run them through cold water and set a side.

Do the same with the veggies,but for the veggies three minutes is enough, combine the peas and the other veggies in a bowl add in your already cooked rice give it a good mix using a rice fork and serve with the stew of your choice.
