Put chicken pieces into bowl, add gingergarlic paste, salt, dhaniya powder, red chilli powder, garam masala powder, cornflour powder, black paper powder and mix well, and set aside to marinate for 1hour

Take a slice of potato put the marinated chicken piece in between and fold it then pierce it with a stick to keep it together

Heat oil in a pan and add chicken pieces into it fry till golden brown and crispy.
Serve with ketchup and mayonnaise
