Heat milk on a heavy saucepan till reduced and remain 40% approximately. Then add sugar and simmer for more 2 mins. Make sure you add sugar and taste, this will be more sweet because will add cream too.Turn off heat and let it cool down completely. Then freeze for 7-8 hours.

Take a big vessel and add cream, dryfruit powder or chopped nuts, cardamom powder, saffron with milk (in a spoonful of milk) and churn it for a min. Then add freezed sweet milk and churn it for 5-10 mins. Then wait for a min and with a back spoon remove the bubbles.

Now pour into moulds and seal with lid. Put it into freezer and set for more 8-9 hrs.

While serving, hold it for 5-7 sec under running water, then open and add to serving plate, or after opening prick a bamboo stick and remove and serve.

I made mistake while pouring, didn't removed bubbles and can come out with candy, as you can see in picture so need to remove or mash with spoon.
