Insert a knife into the middle of the bun to make a pocket for the butter, but don't cut all the way through.

Bake in a toaster oven at 350°F (180°C) for about 10 minutes, until the buns are golden and the butter inside has melted. Remove and drizzle with sweetened condensed milk. Enjoy the buttery, sweet, and crispy hot buns.
