Steps

Cut chicken into pieces and put in a pot with very little water and salt. Cover and let boil about 5 mins.

Chop onions and tomatoes, set aside. Grate carrot and capsicum.

Add onions and ginger garlic paste to boiled chicken. Let fry, stirring for two mins. Add carrots and capsicum and continue frying for one more minute

Add tomatoes, reduce heat cover and let cook till tender. Stir every now and then

Dissolve curry powder in 1/4c water and add to chicken. Stir, adjust salt if necessary. Allow to cook two more mins and remove from heat

Serve hot
