  • 2 cupsboiled githeri
  • 1onion
  • 1tomato
  • 1 pinchoregano, thyme
  • Black pepper and salt
  • Fresh dhania

    Saute onions, and add salt. Add oregano and thyme then black pepper.

    Add tomato and let cook.

    Add githeri and finally dhania. enjoy.
