Ingredients

  1. 1/4 cup toor dal
  2. 1/4 cup chana dal
  3. 2 cupschopped palak
  4. 4slit green chillies
  5. 1 cupchopped onion
  6. 7garlic pods crushed along with jeera
  7. pinchTurmeric powder
  8. to tasteSalt
  9. 1chopped sour mango
  10. 2 spoonoil
  11. 1/2 tspmustard and jeera
  12. 1 spoonchilli powder

Cooking Instructions

    Cook turdal chanadal, onion, green chilies along with pinch of turmeric and one spoon oil

  2. 2

    Make tadka of oil with mustard jeera turmeric, add chopped mango, sauté for a while and add one cup of water

  3. 3

    When mango pieces are tender, add chopped palak and cook till done

  4. 4

    Add cooked dal, chilli powder and salt. Boil for three minutes and serve with rice or rotis
