Steps

Wash the bhindi and cut length wise in thin strips as shown. Also remove the seeds from inside.

Now take the spices together chaat masala, amchur powder, red chilli powder, salt, garam masala and lemon juice.

Add the spices to the bhindi along with the besan.

Mix well. No need to add water.

Heat oil in a frying pan and put small batch of bhindi in the oil. Deep fry on medium heat.

Fry till crispy. Serve immediately. You can sprinkle some chaat masala on top.
