Add dry ingredients and whisk well.

Now add the wet ingredients in other bowl and whisk.

Next, add the wet ingredients with dry ingredients and whisk till it becomes light. Add choco chips after whisking well.

Use at least 4 tablespoons of milk for the batter. You can add more if your batter is not thin.

Now, take your moulds and grease them with butter. Add the batter. Add some more choco chips.

Bake your cupcakes for 3 to 4 minutes until they get SEPARATED FROM THE MOULDS.
