Ingredients

  1. 1bowl boil potato
  2. 1green chilli
  3. 1tomato chopped
  4. As neededwheat dough
  5. Aa neededoil
  6. Salt as per taste
  7. 1 pinchred chilli powder
  8. 1/2 tsp black pepper powder
  9. 1 tsp garam masala

Cooking Instructions

    Take a pan. put into oil and green chilli and after 2 min put into tomato...

  2. 2

    When the tomato is fried put into salt, red chilli powder,black pepper powder,garam masala.and mix well.

    After 1 min mix into potato.and fried it and mix it.

    When it is mix of the flame.

    Now take a griddle (twa)... and heat it.

  6. 6

    Other side take wheat dough. (take wheat flour and put into water and 1 tbl. spoon salt mix it well. and it's ready to dough.)

    Now take dough and make small balls.

    With the help of rolling board and rolling pin make a chpati with this ball.

    Now again make 1 chpati and put into fried potato on complete chpati.

    Now take other chapati and cover this potato chapati..and close it's corner with the help of hands pressing.

    Now twa is also heated. put into 1 tbl. spoon oil and make twa oily.

    Now put into filled potato chpati and heat it...when it's colour change into brown.

    When it's change own colour same heat other side.

    When it's change it's own colour and heated both side now it's ready...

    It is served with curd or butter.
