Toaster Pillow Cake
I love any kind of cake so much..
Steps

Sift together the flour,salt,baking powder,baking soda.

In a separate bowl,beat eggs,gradually adding the sugar.Beat until thick and light in color,or beat with an electric mixer at medium speed until frothy,with mixer at high speed,gradually beat in the remaining 1 cup sugar,beating until stiff peaks form.Add the vanilla.

Use a large rubber spatula to gradually fold in the dry ingredients.

Now prepare the sandwich toaster,by brushing the inside with melted butter or oil.Close it and preheat for 3 minutes.

Then scoop in the cake batter into each of the four wells of the sandwich toaster/maker.

Close the lid and leave for about 3 minutes or until lightly browned on both sides.
