Sweet Chestnut Paste

I have been wanting to make ‘Mont Blanc Cake’ and looking for Sweet Chestnut Paste at various stores, but I couldn't find it. Canned Sweet Chestnut Paste is available for online purchase, but it is very expensive. Then I realised that almost all Asian grocery stores sell Roasted & Peeled Chestnuts, and I can make Sweet Chestnut Paste using them. I tried it today and it was absolutely easy! The colour of the paste was a little too light when I made it, but it turned darker next day.
