This sweet Khandvi is a fusion of our traditional Gujarati Khandvi , juicy mango and malai. A quick, fruity snack to satiate our sudden sweet cravings . #goldenapron #week16
Steps

Take a ½ cup of chickpea flour, add a ¼ cup of mango pulp to it.

Grind it along with 1.25 cups of water to dissolve it's lumps.

Add the paste in a pan and cook while continuously stirring it on medium flame.
Add 3 tablespoons of sugar to it and cook while stirring it furiously. - 4
Stir and cook until it starts boiling. Add nutmeg powder at this stage.
After boiling it, cook it for more than 10 minutes. - 5
Take some plate and spread the batter on them thinly using a flat spatula.
Cover the remaining batter until it reaches to it's thicker consistency.
Keep the plates aside for 10 minutes until set. - 6
After it has set, cut into rectangular sheets of 1.5 to 2 inches.
Separate it using a knife and roll to fold it. - 7
Take 2 to 3 tablespoons of mango pulp, add 2 tablespoons of condensed milk.
Add 2 tablespoons of milk to it for rectifying it's consistency and mix it well. - 8
Spread some mango milk over them and garnish it with some finely chopped pistachios. Mango Malai Sweet Khandvi is ready to be served.
