  • 1.8 kgchicken
  • 1 tbspbutter
  • 2 tbspmayonnaise
  • 2 tbspsweet chilli sauce
  • 4 tbspblended pepper
  • 4 cubesseasoning
  • Dash5 mixed spices

    Mix all the ingredients in a bowl and make a marinade, wash the chicken thoroughly and butterfly the chicken, damp with a clean kitchen towel and rub the butter beneath the skin, rub the marinade and massage the chicken, keep to seat for 45mins, and grill in a pre heated oven for an hour.
