1/2 kg small sized boiled potatoes
1big onion
3green chilles chopped
to tasteSalt
1 tspRed chilli powder
1 tspTurmeric
1 tspGaram Masala
2 tbspTomato puree
2 tbspOil

Heat oil in a pan. Add jeera and onion. Saute.Add green chilles and garlic.

Add all the spices and mix.

Add potatoes and mix well.

Add half cup water and cook till 5 minutes.

Garnish with fresh coriander and serve hot.
