Ingredients

  • minced meat 1kilo
  • 2 tablespoongarlic
  • 2medium size grated onion
  • 2 tablespoongrated attaruhu
  • green pepper
  • seasoning
  • 2 tablespoonblack pepper
  • some flour
  • bread crumbs
  • 1egg
  • parsley as much as you want(optional)

Steps

  1. 1

    In your minced meat add garlic,parsley,seasoning,onion,attaruhu,black pepper,flour,egg and breadcrumbs.

  2. 2

    Mix everything together.

  3. 3

    Smash it on your turmi.

  4. 4

    Shape it and put on your skewer

  5. 5

    Dust with some flour

  6. 6

    Add little oil on your frying pan

  7. 7

    Fry 2mins. on each side
