  2. 4medium tomatoes
  3. 2onions
  4. Garlic powder
  5. Oil
  6. Salt
  7. Cayenne(spices of your choice)

    Cut beef into small pieces then boil with salt till soft

  2. 2

    Fry onions and add the meat then your spices

  3. 3

    Cook for sometime then add your cubed tomatoes

  4. 4

    Cook till ready then serve
