Masala ready krny k liye. Garlic or salt ko pees lien unn mien dhaniya powder, zeera, haldi or lal mirch powder daal kr mix kr lien. Onion pinkish ho jayein to masala or tomatoes daal kr mix kr lien.

Tomatoes gall jayein to bhindiyan or green chillies mix kr k dumm de dein. Masalay daar bhindii is ready.
