  • Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts and thighs
  • Potatoes
  • Large Carton Chicken Broth
  • Onion
  • Green onion
  • Celery
  • Fresh Basil
  • LeafBay
  • SprigThyme
  • SprigRosemary
  • Chives
  • Garlic
  • Salt
  • Pepper

Steps

  1. 1

    Cut potatoes in halves and layer on the bottom of slow cooker

  2. 2

    Add Chicken and chicken broth

  3. 3

    Add remaining ingredients and cook on low for 8 hours until Chicken falls apart and Serve

    Take leftover chicken and shred for sandwiches.
