  1. Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts and thighs
  2. Potatoes
  3. Large Carton Chicken Broth
  4. Onion
  5. Green onion
  6. Celery
  7. Fresh Basil
  8. LeafBay
  9. SprigThyme
  10. SprigRosemary
  11. Chives
  12. Garlic
  13. Salt
  14. Pepper

Steps

  1. 1

    Cut potatoes in halves and layer on the bottom of slow cooker

  2. 2

    Add Chicken and chicken broth

  3. 3

    Add remaining ingredients and cook on low for 8 hours until Chicken falls apart and Serve

    Take leftover chicken and shred for sandwiches.
