Cut and wash all vegetables,add your vegetable oil in the pan when hot add the veggies and stir for 4-5min

Add 1 cup of water to the veggies then and some seasonings and bring to a boil

Then wash your basmati rice and and to the boiling veggies,close your pot with a lid,check the water levy from time to time you can add if there is need to

When the rice is done cut your lemon and place it on top then turn off the stove,peel your egg and serve with the rice
