An all time favorite

I started working nights, so I have been relying more on my crockpot!

I love sausage & peppers. It can be added on top of pasta or on a hero roll. Either way it is good. But with an active little one that always has me on the go, it was becoming harder to make.That is until I decided to go out on a limb and try to make it in a slow cooker. Not sure how it would come out, I was pleasantly surprised to find that it tasted the exactly how I like it.The peppers and onions were made the way that I like them. Al dente. To add a bit of color, use different colored peppers. Hopefully, you will like it as much as I did.Enjoy!

Serve this in a crusty roll or over some pasta. Either way, it is delicious! Browning the sausages before adding them to the slow cooker is optional, but adds such a great flavor to this dish.

This was yummy!! I made mine in the crock pot and served it over rice!! :)

This could be served on its own. It can also be served over a pasta, add a small can of tomato sauce.
