4potato boiled
4small size capsicum
1 tbsoil
1 teaspoonsalt
1/2 teaspoonred chilli powder
1/2 teaspoondried mango powder

Firstly take a bowl add potato mash it add salt, red chilli powder, dried mango powder mix it now add

Now take a wok add oil and heat it take a capsicum cut in middle fill potato in it fry it both sides now add potato in it mix it cook for 5 minutes
