  • 2 kgBeef butt
  • Gg paste 4tbsp
  • Pyaz 3 medium
  • 4 tbspDhanya powder
  • 1 tbspHaldi powder
  • to tasteNamak
  • 1 tbspGaram masala p
  • Sabut garam masala
  • 1 tbspQusoori methi
  • Fresh methi 1/2pao
  • 2 tbspMirch powder
  • 1 tbspHaldi

Steps

  1. 1

    Fry onion and sabut garam masala

    Add g g paste and butt and fry it until water is dry

    Now add all dry ingredients and fry then add water and cook about 2-3 hours in low heat

    Now add fresh methi andfry in low heat tnen add fresh Coriander leaves and surve it
