Ingredients

  1. Yoghurt
  2. Nuts (almonds and pistachio
  3. Raisins
  4. Basil leafs
  5. Apple
  6. Mango
  7. Strawberry
  8. Banana
  9. Cracker biscuit

Steps

  1. 1

    Blend the crackers using the food processor and place into ice cream cup. Add about a tablespoon of yoghurt on top and place in the fridge to prevent from melting

  2. 2

    Cut Blend two apples with basil leaves. Add about three tablespoon of yoghurt And layer it on top of the crackers Place it in the again and begin the next step

  3. 3

    Cut and blend strawberries Bring the ice cream from the fridge and layer it again Before you put it in the fridge cut the nuts into pieces and sprinkle it. Back to the fridge again!!😩

  4. 4

    Cut one banana and mango with one tablespoon of yoghurt Layer it in the ice cream Back to the fridge

  5. 5

    Bring out and (optional) garnish with raisins with squeezed lemon and cut pieces of remaining strawberry, lemon and basil leaves done!!😀😀
