Ingredients

  • 1 pkgPillsbury pizza dough
  • 1/2 lbmedium shrimp - peeled
  • 1 jarClassico Sun-dried Tomato Alfredo
  • 2 Tbspsalted butter
  • 1 Tbspminced garlic
  • 1/2 Cupvadalia onion - diced
  • 1/4 Cupred pepper - diced
  • 1/4 Cupyellow pepper - diced
  • 1/2 tsporegano
  • to tastesalt and pepper
  • 1/2-3/4 CupAsiago cheese - shredded
  • 1/2-3/4 CupProvolone cheese - shredded

Steps

  1. 1

    Sauté shrimp in butter and garlic

  2. 2

    Fry bacon and crumble after cooling

  3. 3

    Prepare pizza dough as per instructions on package

  4. 4

    Spread alfredo sauce over dough

  5. 5

    Spread approximately 1/3 of the cheese mixture on top of the sauce

  6. 6

    Place shrimp evenly over the whole pizza

  7. 7

    Evenly distribute the bacon, onion and peppers over the pizza

  8. 8

    Spread remaining cheese over everything

  9. 9

    A touch of salt, pepper and oregano over all.

    Finish baking for approximately 10mins @ 400°.
