1 cupRice (basmati) boiled
2Tomato, blanched and pureed
1tspCumin seeds
1Onion - medium chopped
2 tbspOil
Salt to taste

Steps

Heat oil in a pan and add cumin seeds to it. When it crackles, add onion and fry till transparent.

Add tomato puree and fry till it leaves oil. Add boiled rice and salt and mix well. Cover it for 2 - 3 minutes.
