Ingredients

  • 1 cupRice (basmati) boiled
  • 2Tomato, blanched and pureed
  • 1tspCumin seeds
  • 1Onion - medium chopped
  • 2 tbspOil
  • Salt to taste

Steps

  1. 1

    Heat oil in a pan and add cumin seeds to it. When it crackles, add onion and fry till transparent.

  2. 2

    Add tomato puree and fry till it leaves oil. Add boiled rice and salt and mix well. Cover it for 2 - 3 minutes.
