Heat a kadai add oil.

Roast the dal and pepper until they become brown.

Transfer the dal and pepper into a plate.

Let it cool.

Grind the dal mixture along with the coconut and salt in a mixie. Add two or three tablespoon water. Grind the mixture into coarse paste. Chutney is ready.Eat with Hot rice and Ghee.
