Steps

Heat 1 tbsp ghee in a pan and roast kaju, until becomes little brown, then take them out in a bowl

In the same pan roast makhane, until becomes little crispy, take them out in a bowl

Now in the same pan add 1 tbsp ghee on low heat and add jeera, cloves, cinnamon stick, cardamoms, let them splutter

Then add ginger green chillies paste, saute for a minute, then add red chilli powder, dhaniya powder and haldi

Saute for few seconds, then add tomato puree, cook until all the moisture evaporates

Then add green peas, fried onions, kaju magaz powder and kasoorimethi, mix well, cook for 2 minutes

Then add milk and cook, stirring continuously, until one boil comes, then add salt and cook further for 2 minutes

Then add kaju and makhane, simmer for 5 - 7 minutes, in the end add elaichi powder, it is ready to serve

You can add cream or malai to make it more rich

You can have this with roti, parantha, naan or poori
