Take 1/2 gobi and peelnit and great with grated.

After great gobi squeeze with two hands in a big bowl add grayed gobi basen salt red chilli dry coriander.

On the flame and heat the oil in a kadai take some dough and make small ball andcfry in medium heat oil and keep aside.

Onions and tomatoes grind in grindet take a kadhai andheat oil add cumin seeds and cracle then add onion and tomato paste cook for 3-4 mint adf all dry spices and kasoori methi and mix well again cook 1 mint add water and kofta boil for 10 to 15 mint.kofta iscready to serve.
