trying out new recipes has been my thing. so when i saw this in an advert i had to imagine the ingredients and try it my own way. It turned out really nice and i loved it.

Chop the vegetables to even sizes

In a heated pan, melt butter and saute the onions.

Add in the rest of the vegetables and saute them. Season and transfer in a dish and allow them to cool

Season generously the lean beef with salt, pepper, mixed herbs and Rosemary leaves

Spread the cooked vegetables onto the beef, top it up with the dhania (add grated cheese if yuo have) then roll it up

Cover with a clear paper tightly and chill for 2 hours to overnight

Using toothpick sticks, pierce through the chilled meat at 1 inch interval

Cut through the intervals to end up with a coil-like roll

Lightly brown on a pan as you sprinkle a little orange juice
- 10
Place on a greased oven tray, sprinkle the rest of the orange juice and grill for 10 - 15 minutes

Allow to rest before serving
