Take paneer cut in long shape and thick shape.

Take a bowl add paneer, ginger garlic paste, red chilli powder, chaat masala, black salt, salt, corn flour, maida flour, soya sauce and butter mix it will. don't break paneer and keep in fridge and marinate for 10-15 minutes.

Now cut potatoes with potatoes slicer or with knife in round shape and deep in corn flour water for 5-10 minutes

Take out marinate paneer from fridge. Take on potatoes slice and flod in half and keep one paneer slice in middle of potatoes slice. Now take one toothpick and push carefully inside to potatoes and paneer start to end.

Take oil for frying. after getting oil heat add paneer butterfly one by one in oil for fry. carefully frying from both side with the help of Pakad and any frying spoon.

Serve hot paneer butterfly with sauce or any type of chutneys 😋
