First blend the ginger,nutmeg,cinnamon together and sieve.

In a large bowl, mix all dry ingredients together.

Add butter to the mixture, mix thoroughly till it forms like bread crumbs.

Now add in whisked eggs.

Add in full cream milk and water; mix till you get a smooth consistency and a non sticky dough.

Allow dough to rest for about 15-20mins. Meanwhile you prepare your surface for kneading /cutting of dough for frying.

Once dough is ready, cut out a portion of dough and knead on a floured surface.

Roll out with a rolling pin to about 2inch thick (depends on you) and now you can cut into desired shapes and sizes.

Place your frying pan over medium heat and heat oil. throw in a few pieces to check for readiness of oil.

Chin chin is ready.
