  • 2 cupswatermelon, deseeded and cubed
  • 4 tbspssugar
  • as requiredto garnish with tutti-frutti, watermelon leaf and pudina leaf

    Blend all ingredients in a blender and pour into a shallow dish. Freeze for at least an hour.

    When hardened, scrape top with a fork and place shavings into dishes to serve.
