Ingredients

2 servings
  1. 2big pieces of gurr or jaggery
  2. 2 tablespoonsesame seeds or til
  3. Some oil to grease hands only
  4. 4 tablespoonbutter

Steps

  1. 1

    First dry roast the sesame seeds in a pan at very low flame until it looks golden

  2. 2

    Now crush the jaggery by wrap it in a cloth and use rolling pin to break the jaggery into very small pieces

  3. 3

    Add jaggery in the butter and keep it in microwave for one minute

  4. 4

    Check it and do it until it melted like a paste

  5. 5

    Add sesame seeds into jaggery paste and grease your palm with oil

  6. 6

    Make any shape or as I made balls
