Sab se pehle Daal wash kar k pani me 2,3 hr k liye bhigo den.

Pyaz chop kar len.

Ab masala taiyyar karen. pateelay me oil le kar chpped onion translucent karen.

Isme tomato add kar k soft kar len

Phir red chilli n haldi dal k masala bhunain.phir daal add kar k thora pani add karen aur dhak den. garnish k liye green chilli n dhaniya chop karlen.

Jab daal gal jaye to salt add kar den. oper se pyaz ghee ya oil me golden brown kar k tarka laga len. (Chahen to chopped green chillies and garnish kar len). Now dish is ready to serve with chapatti.
