  • 1 kgbeef boti
  • 1 tbspRed pepper powder
  • 1 tspWhite Cumin (bhunna hua pissa hua)
  • 3lemon
  • 1/2 CupOil
  • 1/2 Cupyogurt
  • 1 tbspGinger/Garlic Paste
  • 2 tbspkaccha papita paste
  • 1 tspSalt

Steps

  1. 1

    Wash the meat and add yogurt, salt, red pepper, papaya, ginger garlic paste, cumin, lemon syrup and marinate it.

    Leave it for 1 hour.

  3. 3

    After 1 hour take coal stove and iron or steel rod and embeded boti in it and cook on coal.
