Ingredients

10 minutes
4-5 servings
  1. 6-7Persian cucumbers
  2. 1/4 crice vinegar
  3. 1/2 tspsea salt
  4. 2 tspshoyu or tamari
  5. 2 tspagave syrup or sugar (keto 1 tsp)
  6. 1 tspsesame oil (1 1/2 tsp)
  7. 1 clovegarlic, crushed
  8. 1 tspcrushed red pepper flakes
  9. 1/2 tspsriracha sauce, or to taste

Steps

10 minutes
  1. 1

    Wash and trim cucumbers. Cut into chunks. Place cucumbers in a bowl.

  2. 2

    Place remainder of ingredients in the bowl.

  3. 3

    Toss ingredients well to combine.

  4. 4

    Top with sesame seeds as a garnish if you wish. Serve.
