Chop the onions,add a little oil in a pan and fry the onions till golden brown.

Cut the tomatoes into small pieces and add them into the pan.

Add the spices and stir at low heat.

Add the fish in the mixture,cook for one minute and turn over the other side for another minute at low heat.

Serve with greens and ugali.
