Boil the pasta in salted water

Heat butter in a pan. Add flour slowly to get it to a paste like consistency. Stir rapidly

Slowly add milk to get to get the sauce to your desired thickness

Add some olive oil, salt, pepper and oregano to the sauce

Blend the tomatoes to form a paste

Add garlic cloves (crushed), salt, pepper, olive oil and oregano to it

Heat it till the mixture turns deep red or maroon in colour. Also, if the taste of raw tomatoes is present, cook it for longer.

Mix this red sauce with white and heat

Add the pasta to the sauce and mix
