So my uncle's wife sent me some ogbono seed from my place. I was super excited cause up here in the north its quite expensive. Wasted no time at all I quickly made soup out of it enjoyed it with semolina

So my uncle's wife sent me some ogbono seed from my place. I was super excited cause up here in the north its quite expensive. Wasted no time at all I quickly made soup out of it enjoyed it with semolina

Add water into a pot and place on the stove add locust beans, blended scotch bonnet, washed dry fish, maggi and salt to the pot and allow to boil very well.

Pour palm oil into the ogbono and mix very well to avoid the ogbono forming lumps during cooking. Pour into the boiling water containing the locust beans and pepper. Give it a good stir allow to cook for 5minutes

Add washed bitter leaf into the soup allow to cook for another 5-10 minutes. Serve with swallow of choice.
