  1. 1carrot chopped
  2. 1onion chopped
  3. 1 Tintomato
  4. 1veg stock cube
  5. 1celery
  6. 2garlic gloves
  7. Bunchfresh basil
  8. Pinchsugar
  9. Seasoning
  10. Olive oil

Steps

  1. 1

    Finley dice and sweat of the carrot onion tomatoes and celery in a little olive oil.

    Add tin tomato and veg stock cube

  3. 3

    Puree the garlic using a small pinch of salt and press with the side of a large knife until smooth then add to the tomato mixture

    Cook slowly until broken down. Season and add water if need just before serving add some shredded basil
