In 1.5 litres boil water then add the green grams and cook until fully cooked

Put the oil in a pot along with onion and Carrots and cook for 5 minutes on high heat or until almost brown

Add the grated tomatoes and cook for 4 minutes then add the spices and cook for a minimum

Add water and let it simmer for 5 minutes.then add the cooked green grams

Cook for 5 minutes or until the water reduces as desired.you can have it with rice or Ugali
