  1. 1 containeryogurt (any flavor)
  2. 3 containers(use the empty yogurt container) self-rising flour (about 3 cups or 375 grams)
  3. 2 containers(use the empty yogurt container) sugar (about 2 cups or 400 grams)
  4. 1 container(use the empty yogurt container) vegetable oil (about 1 cup or 240 ml)
  5. 3eggs
  6. 1 teaspoonbaking powder
  7. 1 teaspoonvanilla extract (optional)

    Mix the yogurt, flour, oil, sugar, eggs, baking powder, and vanilla extract together.

    Grease the baking pan with butter and dust with flour to prevent sticking.

    Pour the batter into the pan and bake at 350°F (180°C) for 40 minutes. The cake is ready when a knife inserted in the center comes out clean.
