Finely chop the mushrooms. Peel and finely chop the taro root, then mix it with the mushrooms. Add a little vegetable bouillon powder or seasoning to taste. Lightly sauté this mixture.

Mix the crispy frying mix or tempura batter mix according to package instructions.

Wrap the mixture into spring rolls of a suitable size for eating.
