Wash the fresh fish, sprinkle salt and let it drip water for 30 minutes

Heat the cooking oil in a karai and deep the fish,deep fry until it turn brown on both sides

Drain the oil and put the fish in another sufuria add sliced onion, tomatoes,cucumber,fish masala,a pinch of salt and paprika and half a cup of water without adding oil

Let it simmer for 7 to 10 minutes and the fish will be soft and tasty
