Blend everything (remove the core from the tomatoes).

Then pass through a fine sieve to remove any chunks and skins.

Let it cool, or you can add some ice cubes.

Chop the cucumber into small pieces and crumble the hard-boiled egg yolk.

Once the gazpacho is cold, add the cucumber, diced serrano ham, and crumbled hard-boiled egg yolk on top. You can also add seeds (sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, chia, flax...). Drizzle with a little olive oil and it's ready.
