For Falafel,coarsly ground all the above in food processor. Make small patties out of the mixture. Shallow fry both sides in oil

For Tahini dip: 5 tsp tahini paste, 1/2 cup Greek yogurt, 1 tsp lemon juice, 1 tsp olive oil, 3 cloves of crushed garlic, 1/2 tsp finely chopped parsley, ground black pepper and salt to taste. Beat it in mixer.

Serve falafel with squeeze of lemon juice and tahini sauce.
